Supply Chain & Procurement Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain & Procurement Assistant to support our fast‑moving fashion e‑commerce operations. You will work closely with suppliers, inventory, and operations teams to ensure product availability and accurate data flow.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and product movement across all categories.
• Follow up with suppliers on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Update product information, SKU details, and procurement records.
• Assist with purchase order creation and restocking follow‑ups.
• Research fashion trends, competitor products, and market demand.
• Maintain accurate inventory and supply‑chain trackers.
• Coordinate daily communication between inventory, operations, and related teams.
• Flag missing information, delays, or pending issues promptly.
• Organise and keep supplier and product files up to date.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, business, fashion management, retail or merchandising.
• Strong interest in fashion, e‑commerce, and supply‑chain operations.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work quickly.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Resident of Qatar and available to start immediately.
