Systems Engineer – Enterprise Infrastructure Services Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to lead the Enterprise Infrastructure Services function for a leading technology solutions provider in Doha. The role focuses on managing identity, directory and access management across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments, ensuring secure and compliant operations for Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and collaboration platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 users, groups, roles and licenses.
• Manage Azure Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access and Identity Protection.
• Maintain on‑premises Active Directory, GPOs, domains and replication, including Azure AD DS and hybrid identity.
• Configure and support Google Directory Services in federated setups.
• Design and implement federation services (AD FS, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) and Single Sign‑On solutions.
• Handle privileged access management, RBAC and Just‑In‑Time access.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 licensing, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Copilot access, including guest and cross‑tenant collaboration.
• Administer AD Certificate Services, SSL/TLS certificates and DNS environments.
• Integrate enterprise applications with AD/Entra ID using LDAP, SAML, OAuth and support security audits.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Proven background in hybrid identity, directory synchronization and federation technologies.
• Solid understanding of DNS, PKI, SSO and privileged access management.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator Associate, Identity & Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator) are a plus.
