Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North, a five‑star resort in Qatar. Working closely with business leaders, you will design and execute strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates while enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business needs and headcount budgets.
• Partner with department heads to identify hiring requirements and refine selection procedures.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with Qatar labour law.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, including Authority to Recruit and job descriptions.
• Lead campus recruiting, student marketing activities, and employer‑branding events.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines, oversee candidate management systems, and ensure timely vacancy fulfillment.
• Leverage recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Conduct workforce planning, monitor labour market trends, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in a large five‑star hotel or resort.
• Proven experience working in the Middle East, specifically Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar labour law and hiring procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment agencies and negotiate contracts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment.
