Talent Resourcing Manager

About the role

The Talent Resourcing Manager will be responsible for ensuring the hotel attracts, identifies, and secures the right talent to support its current and future business needs. The role combines strategic workforce planning with hands‑on recruitment, talent sourcing, employer branding, candidate engagement, and recruitment process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s talent resourcing strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with HR leadership and department heads to understand current and future talent needs.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical, high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary expectations and recruitment trends.
• Recommend and execute sourcing strategies using IHG Careers, professional networks, social media and agencies.
• Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing and assessment.
• Manage offers and negotiations within approved salary structures.
• Maintain active talent pools and identify high‑potential external candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives and create recruitment campaigns.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, analyse trends and report to HR leadership.

• Strong hospitality recruitment expertise with a track record of filling senior and operational roles.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Creative approach to sourcing and talent attraction.
• Passion for identifying and developing talent within the hotel industry.
• Ability to analyse market data and provide strategic recruitment insights.
