About the role
The Team Leader – Housekeeping supports the management of all cleanliness functions for guest rooms and hotel floors, ensuring the department operates efficiently and aligns with Hyatt International’s brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
- Support the department’s efficient operation in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Supervise housekeeping attendants, assign tasks, and conduct regular inspections.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to team members.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene protocols, safety procedures, and guest‑room standards.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional, guest‑focused attitude with proven supervisory experience.
Required skills
- Understanding of hygiene protocols.
- Knowledge of guest‑room standards.
- Familiarity with safety procedures.
- Experience with housekeeping systems.
