Telesales Agent - Bancassurance / Insurance

About the role

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is hiring a full-time Telesales Agent for its Bancassurance and Insurance division in Doha. The agent engages prospective and existing clients through outbound calls to drive sales objectives, build the client portfolio and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate calls to potential clients to promote and sell insurance products
• Assess client needs and propose tailored insurance solutions
• Maintain a deep knowledge of insurance products, policies and industry regulations
• Address client objections and educate clients on policy details, coverage options and claim processes
• Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and pursue further opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products and regulatory changes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in telesales, insurance sales or selling financial products
• Strong background in selling financial products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and experience with consultative selling
• Customer service orientation, problem-solving ability, time management and teamwork
