Customer Services Agent (French Speaker) - Doha

About the role

Doha Contact Centre is hiring Customer Services Agents to join its 5-star team. You will support German, Spanish and Italian-speaking customers and assist English-speaking customers, serving Qatar Airways customers by telephone, email and web chat. The closing date is 2026-11-10.

Key responsibilities

• Respond professionally to inbound calls and customer queries
• Sell, up-sell and cross-sell Qatar Airways products and services
• Create new reservations and change existing ones
• Provide fare quotes and handle issuance and re-issuance of tickets
• Handle multi-product and multi-service requests and escalate queries to senior staff when needed
• Support E-commerce, Trade and Frequent Flyer Program activities
• Process ticket refunds

Required profile

• High school qualification with 1 year of customer service experience; GDS (Amadeus) experience is an added advantage
• Bilingual: fluent English and one other language, German and/or Spanish or Italian
• Excellent communication skills, active listening and ability to manage high-volume calls
• Flexible to work shifts, including night shifts

Required skills

• Computer literate with good typing skills
• Customer-focused, polite and reliable, able to adapt to changing requirements
• Able to perform under pressure
