Test Lead – Card & Digital Banking Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive manual testing activities for card‑based banking solutions and digital banking platforms. The role is based in Doha and focuses on FIS IST/Cortex and related card management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate manual testing efforts across all modules of FIS IST/Cortex, including switch, authorization rules, product setup, risk rules and fee structures.
• Validate acquiring modules, POS integrations, and Cortex APIs.
• Oversee card life‑cycle management, clearing, and payment monitoring processes.
• Interact with Visa, MasterCard, NAPS, AMEX, UPI and ensure compliance with scheme requirements.
• Conduct testing of NFC, contactless, tokenisation‑based transactions and ATM functionalities.
• Utilise simulators (OTS, Visa, MasterCard) and certification tools (MTIP, VSDC) for comprehensive testing.

Required profile

• 10+ years of testing experience, with at least 5 years focused on FIS IST/Cortex.
• Deep knowledge of card management solutions and digital banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of ISO8583 messaging, EMV, VBV, PCI standards and card application security.
• Proven ability to work with Visa/MasterCard scheme compliance and terminal certification processes.
