About the role

Victoria Travels, a leading travel agency in Qatar, is looking for a passionate Travel Consultant to join our Doha team. You will assist clients with travel planning, reservations, ticketing, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional travel consultation and guidance to clients.
• Handle domestic and international travel bookings.
• Manage flight, hotel, and holiday reservations.
• Assist customers with itinerary planning and travel arrangements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve travel‑related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate booking and reservation records.
• Stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and promotions.

Required profile

• Based in Qatar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Qatar travel market.
• Experience in travel consulting, travel management, and reservations.
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, visa processing, and holiday packages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
