Treasury Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Treasury Accountant to join our finance team within a fast‑growing fashion retail and e‑commerce business. The role involves managing high transaction volumes across multiple sales channels and ensuring tight collection cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliation and monitor cash collections and deposits to maintain accurate cash positioning.
• Manage reconciliations across e‑commerce platforms, payment gateways, and third‑party collection channels.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliation, ensuring all entities are accurately recorded and aligned.
• Monitor refunds and settlements, following up on any outstanding or unresolved transactions.
• Prepare daily cash position reports for management visibility.
• Support month‑end closing activities and maintain up‑to‑date records in the ERP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in fashion retail, e‑commerce, distribution, or trading.
• Strong hands‑on bank reconciliation experience across multiple channels.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as ERPNext, SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Tally Prime, or Odoo.
• CMA, ACCA, CA Inter or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
