Treasury Sales Manager – International Banking Group

About the role

We are seeking a Treasury Sales Manager to drive the marketing and cross‑selling of treasury products and services across our existing client base and to attract new corporate relationships. The role will focus on delivering both financial and non‑financial targets while strengthening our presence in Qatar and Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Market and cross‑sell treasury solutions to existing clients and prospect large corporate customers.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies in partnership with Relationship Managers in Qatar and TCM Dubai.
• Oversee dealing activities on the FX and Money Market desk.
• Enhance product capabilities to increase Treasury Capital Markets (TCM) sales revenue.
• Generate funding centre revenue by optimizing the deployment of cross‑currency funding.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in treasury sales or related banking functions.
• Proven ability to manage FX and Money Market dealing.
• Experience working with large corporate clients and coordinating with relationship managers.
• Strong understanding of cross‑currency funding and product development.
