About the role
We are looking for an experienced Utility Tunnel Manager (Facility Manager) to lead the operation and maintenance of a major utility tunnel infrastructure. The role combines hands‑on technical oversight with strategic leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of utility tunnel systems.
- Ensure efficient maintenance while strictly adhering to safety standards.
- Lead, coach and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve performance targets.
- Drive reliability, continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Hands‑on experience in tunnel projects, preferably utility tunnels.
- Strong background in operation and maintenance (O&M) of similar infrastructure projects.
