About the role

We are looking for an experienced Utility Tunnel Manager (Facility Manager) to lead the operation and maintenance of a major utility tunnel infrastructure. The role combines hands‑on technical oversight with strategic leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of utility tunnel systems.
Ensure efficient maintenance while strictly adhering to safety standards.
Lead, coach and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve performance targets.
Drive reliability, continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience.
At least 5 years in a managerial role.
Hands‑on experience in tunnel projects, preferably utility tunnels.
Strong background in operation and maintenance (O&M) of similar infrastructure projects.
