Waiter / Waitress – Full‑time in Doha

About the role

Join an Accor hotel in Doha, part of a global network of over 45 brands. As a Heartist®, you will deliver warm, memorable hospitality while contributing to responsible hospitality initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and recommend specials.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen and service teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining professionalism throughout service.
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
• Handle guest requests or concerns quickly, turning moments into positive experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Support team operations during busy periods, including table setup and clearing.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fine‑dining or guest‑facing hospitality roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests.
• Positive, energetic attitude and polished, professional appearance.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
