About the role

Join the food & beverage team at Accor’s Ibis and Adagio Doha hotels, delivering exceptional service to guests in a vibrant, multi‑branded environment. As a waiter or waitress you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in line with Accor’s high service standards.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages efficiently, and handle cash register duties.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, allergens, and beverage pairings to recommend and upsell items.
• Promote hotel promotions and special offers within the restaurant.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness and overall service quality across the property.
• Adapt to flexible duties, including redeployment to other departments when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is an advantage.
• Strong focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food & beverage menus and allergen information.
• Upselling and promotional selling techniques.
• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
