About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress at The Highmore in Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail, you will be the face of hospitality, creating memorable dining experiences for guests. You will combine attentive service with a friendly attitude to ensure every meal is special.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with an upbeat and friendly demeanor, anticipating their needs.
• Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the point-of-sale system and deliver orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked service station throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
