Waitress – Hotel Service (4/5 Star)

About the role

We are looking for a professional Waitress to join the food and beverage team at a 4‑star/5‑star Radisson hotel. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests, promoting hotel facilities and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage seating, and take orders accurately following hotel standards.
• Promote hotel services, food and beverage offerings, and local attractions.
• Prepare and serve food, coffee, wine, cocktails and other drinks in accordance with service procedures.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service stations, tables, and equipment.
• Set up service areas, replenish supplies, and monitor stock levels.
• Support operational efficiency by completing side duties and proper storage of reusable items.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork and a “Yes I Can” attitude.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a waiter/server in a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in English.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance and pleasant personality.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and collaborate with a team.
• Age between 20 and 30 years.

Required skills

• Japanese cuisine (sushi, sashimi) and traditional service style.
• Bar operations and beverage service, including cocktails, spirits and wines.
• Fine‑dining restaurant service standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients and promotions.
