Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator will support efficient warehouse operations for the Measurement Systems & Solutions business across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Qatar, the role ensures accurate inventory management, material handling, storage and logistics coordination while maintaining quality, safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching materials and equipment.
• Document and process all inbound and outbound shipments according to company procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with Procurement and Operations to ensure timely replenishment.
• Organise storage areas to maximise space utilisation and traceability.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory and logistics documentation.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling and preservation of materials in line with quality and safety requirements.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues and transaction variances.
• Support project and operational teams by delivering materials, tools and equipment on schedule.
• Promote health, safety and environmental compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Generate inventory reports and performance metrics for management review.
• Coordinate material returns, repairs, disposals and transfers as needed.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management or supply‑chain functions.
• Strong focus on accuracy, organisation and operational efficiency.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/WMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
