Watch Technician & Sales Executive

About the role

Al-Futtaim Retail is hiring a Watch Technician and Sales Executive for its retail outlet at Asia Town Mall. The person is responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality after-sales service, interacting directly with customers and coordinating with the merchandising, supply chain and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Sell watches to customers, explaining benefits and features at given prices, and maintain daily sales registers
• Arrange procurement of watches from main stock when needed and assist sales during peak demand
• Help order spare parts, report location-specific needs and place orders on the principal's service websites
• Handle customer complaints, issue estimates and repair products as needed, preparing daily service reports and job cards
• Maintain an attractive watch display in the showroom and report quality issues to management

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing quartz and automatic watches, combined with a retail background
• Degree education preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is preferable
• Self-motivated, reliable and confident, with a pleasing personality

Required skills

• Customer service, communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with computer use and reporting
