Workforce Analyst – HR & Operations

About the role

Elegancia Contracting and Industries is looking for an experienced Workforce Analyst to join its group‑level HR and operations team. The role provides cross‑entity visibility across the holding group’s diversified portfolio and drives evidence‑based workforce strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce planning models for all business units.
• Analyze headcount, turnover, and staffing gaps to support leadership decisions.
• Design periodic workforce reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
• Monitor compliance with Qatar Labour Law, WPS and GCC regulations; conduct internal HR policy audits.
• Prepare compliance reports and support external audits.
• Manage and cleanse workforce data from HRIS and ERP systems.
• Build automated reporting tools and interactive dashboards using Power BI or Excel.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and Operations; support M&A due‑diligence and HR transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in workforce analytics or data analysis, preferably in a multi‑entity holding company.
• Prior experience working in Qatar or other GCC countries.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven track record in workforce planning, compliance analysis and HR audits.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
• Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle HCM.
• Data modeling, statistical analysis and report automation.
