Workshop Supervisor – Automotive After‑sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our automotive after‑sales workshop in Doha. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will drive technician productivity, ensure high‑quality repairs and support service revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop operations, capacity planning and job allocation to maximise utilisation.
• Monitor technician productivity, WIP, carry‑over jobs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections, drive the “Fix It Right First Time” culture and oversee technical escalations.
• Coach, motivate and develop technicians through performance reviews and training programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Diploma or ITI qualification in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
• 5‑7 years of automotive dealership experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, analytical and people‑management abilities in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP and workshop management systems.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
• Solid diagnostic and automotive technical knowledge.
