Accounts Supervisor

About the role

The Accounts Supervisor will lead the hotel’s receivables, collections and payables functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions that support exceptional guest experiences. By managing cash flow, enforcing strong financial controls, and collaborating with hotel operations, you will help maintain the financial health of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and payable processing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Monitor cash flow, follow up on overdue accounts, and work with internal stakeholders to optimise collections.
• Review and approve reconciliations of customer accounts, vendor statements, subsidiary ledgers and the general ledger.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, credit note and account dispute issues.
• Support credit control activities, assess customer creditworthiness and maintain vendor relationships.
• Prepare and analyse accounts receivable, payable, ageing, cash‑flow and collection reports.
• Supervise daily accounting operations, guide team members and drive continuous process improvements.
