Adventure Park Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, safety‑focused Adventure Park Supervisor to lead daily operations at our resort’s adventure park. You will ensure all activities are safe, efficient, and deliver a memorable experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily park operations, including rides, climbing, zip lines, obstacle courses, and guest areas.
• Lead, schedule, and support operational staff to maintain high customer service and safety standards.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment, attractions, and facilities.
• Provide safety briefings to guests and enforce park rules.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
• Monitor crowd flow, staffing levels, and efficiency during peak periods.
• Train new team members on procedures, safety standards, and emergency response.
• Maintain accurate operational reports, incident logs, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address equipment issues and minimise downtime.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the park.
• Support ticketing, events, and special group activities as needed.
• Assist management in achieving revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, recreation management, sports management, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in adventure parks, amusement parks, recreation facilities, hospitality, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Leadership, team‑management, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure.
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
