About the role

Accenture’s AI & Data practice is seeking an AI Decision Science Manager to lead analytics and AI transformation initiatives for clients. You will help organizations make intelligent, data‑driven decisions by designing and delivering predictive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI, machine learning, and analytics programs across multiple industries.
• Develop decision‑science and predictive‑analytics solutions that address business challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to define problems, opportunities, and desired outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into AI‑driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Manage and mentor teams of data scientists and analytics professionals.
• Support business development activities and create new solution offerings.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, AI, machine learning, or consulting.
• Proven track record delivering data‑driven transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities.
• Experience with modern analytics platforms and methodologies.
