AI Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Product Engineer to design, build and ship AI‑driven products for our finance‑tech clients. The position is based on‑site in Doha and includes visa sponsorship and relocation support for candidates outside Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI agents and applications on Azure AI Foundry, moving from prototype to production.
• Participate in client requirement meetings and translate business needs into functional products.
• Develop end‑to‑end solutions across the stack, including agents, APIs, web applications and integrations.
• Validate AI output before release, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide technical mentorship to AI interns.

Required profile

• 0‑5 years of experience; a strong graduate or up to five years of professional work.
• Proven track record of taking a product from concept to live deployment.
• Comfortable owning the full product lifecycle without hand‑offs.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• C#/.NET development.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure App Service, Container Apps and Key Vault.
• Building real LLM applications (agents, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, tool calling).
• Testing and evaluating AI model outputs.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting data, Power BI and multi‑tenant SaaS is advantageous.
