AI Upskilling Lead

About the role

Scale AI is seeking a senior individual contributor to own and scale a learning system that drives Generative AI adoption across public‑sector audiences. The role combines curriculum design, platform management, and public representation to turn AI fluency into concrete government use‑case adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead LMS strategy, selection, rollout, certification and badging for national delivery.
• Define and maintain a purpose‑built course catalog that drives adoption of Scale’s AI use cases.
• Design and launch flagship programs, starting with an expanded foundational AI literacy course.
• Build measurement layers linking learning outcomes to adoption metrics.
• Adapt programs for multiple geographies with localization built into design.
• Establish repeatable delivery frameworks and partner with local vendors or training bodies.
• Deliver high‑stakes workshops and briefings for public‑sector teams and senior leaders.
• Translate technical GenAI concepts for non‑technical audiences and support marketing events.

Required profile

• 8+ years in learning and development, instructional design, or enablement, with ownership of a learning function at scale.
• Strong preference for public‑sector or government experience.
• Hands‑on experience selecting, standing up, or scaling an LMS.
• Technical foundation in Generative AI.
