Application Engineer – HVAC & AHU Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Application Engineer to join a leading industrial manufacturing company in Qatar. The role focuses on supporting air handling unit (AHU) selection and providing technical recommendations for HVAC projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support AHU selection and deliver technical recommendations based on project requirements.
• Review specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure appropriate equipment solutions.
• Prepare technical submittals, quotations, and compliance documentation.
• Provide technical support to sales teams, customers, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee accurate and timely project support.
• Assist with technical queries and customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC application engineering, preferably with AHUs.
• Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and air distribution systems.
• Experience working with HVAC consultants, contractors, and MEP projects.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
