Application Specialist (ERP)

About the role

The University of Doha for Science and Technology is seeking an Application Specialist to manage and support its ERP environment, including Campus Solutions, Human Capital Management and Finance modules. The role ensures the ERP system operates smoothly, aligns with university policies, and meets ITIL and data‑management standards.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot functional modules of Campus Solutions, HCM and Finance within the ERP system.
• Analyse business requirements, design, test and document ERP enhancements.
• Develop and enforce procedures that preserve data integrity and system security.
• Assign user access rights in accordance with university policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user needs and deliver data‑processing solutions.
• Plan and execute ERP support projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues, coordinating with technical teams and vendors.
• Prepare reports and monitor compliance with ITIL standards.

Required profile

• Experience configuring and supporting ERP modules, preferably Campus Solutions, HCM or Finance.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and data‑management regulations.
• Ability to work with business users, technical staff and external vendors.
• Detail‑oriented with good documentation skills.
