Application Support Analyst – Oracle

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle and Microsoft technology suites. You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise business applications to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle and Microsoft‑based enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance SQL/PLSQL scripts, reports (XML Publisher, RDF), and workflows.
• Support and customize Oracle Framework (OAF), Oracle Workflow, and AME solutions.
• Design and develop applications using Oracle APEX.
• Manage system integrations through REST APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate process requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform regular system health checks, updates, and performance tuning.
• Support Oracle ERP modules such as P2P, O2C, EAM, and HRMS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience in application support and development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
