Arabic Receptionist – Doha

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to join our front‑office team in Doha. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures, managing reservations and providing accurate information about the hotel and the surrounding area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers in line with brand standards.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest queries about promotions, room rates, activities and local events.
• Process payments according to cash‑handling procedures and maintain accurate data entry for reports.
• Handle reservations, cancellations and identify corporate leads to build long‑term relationships.
• Monitor online mentions, collect guest feedback and suggest improvements.
• Perform general office duties such as correspondence, email handling and filing.
• Maintain stock of reception supplies and ensure smooth operation of the front desk.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Ensure guest safety by following established safety procedures.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum of one year experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office environment.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading and writing) and proficient in English.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and solid data‑entry abilities.
