About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Arabic Teacher to join Qatar Petroleum’s education team in Doha. The role involves delivering high‑quality Arabic language instruction to primary‑aged students, both native and non‑native speakers. The position is full‑time and based on‑site, offering a dynamic teaching environment within a leading energy company.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Arabic to primary students, adapting lessons for native and non‑native speakers.
• Deliver Islamic Studies and/or Qatar History curriculum when required.
• Create engaging, innovative learning experiences using modern pedagogical approaches.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Record accurate formative and summative assessments linked to learning objectives.
• Analyse student progress, provide interventions, and report achievement.
• Participate in staff continuous professional development activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching Arabic to primary‑level students.
• Ability to teach Islamic Studies and Qatar History according to the Ministry of Education curriculum (preferred).
• Strong commitment to student wellbeing and academic excellence.
