Artificial Intelligence Specialist – Lead AI & Data Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Solutions Lead to drive the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and data‑driven solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead identification, design, and implementation of AI, ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Assess business processes and identify opportunities for AI‑enabled automation and digital transformation.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical and AI solutions.
• Develop and manage AI use cases from concept through deployment, including Generative AI applications using Large Language Models.
• Evaluate AI technologies, platforms, models and vendors, and create proofs of concept.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops and presentations with stakeholders.
• Support AI governance, data privacy, security and regulatory compliance.
• Build AI capabilities within the organization, including recruitment and mentoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in software, technology or digital transformation, with recent AI/ML experience.
• Proven experience implementing AI/ML and Generative AI use cases in a business environment.
• Experience in solution consulting, architecture or presales, and leading multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of software development, system integration, data architecture, APIs and cloud technologies.
