About the role
You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, ensuring guest satisfaction, team performance and business results. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, maintaining a safe environment and fostering a strong team culture.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the outlet.
- Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and uphold brand standards.
- Deliver prompt, courteous service in line with Food & Beverage standards.
- Handle daily team member relations, training and empowerment.
- Encourage problem‑solving and continuous improvement among staff.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for leadership, teamwork and operational excellence.
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to high service standards.
