About the role
The Associate Relations Supervisor will oversee the allocation and management of associate housing at Rosewood Doha, ensuring that accommodation aligns with entitlements and maintains the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and comfort.
Key responsibilities
- Support accommodation allocation and verify alignment with associate entitlements.
- Maintain accurate housing records, including occupancy and room assignments.
- Conduct routine inspections of housing facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor associate housing amenities such as rooms, gym, pool, and common areas for proper upkeep.
- Track and report maintenance requests, incidents, and associate concerns.
