Associate & Senior Auditor Positions

About the role

EY is expanding its Audit practice in Qatar and is looking for both Associate and Senior Auditors to join the team in Doha. You will work on a variety of audit engagements, collaborating closely with clients and senior team members to deliver high‑quality audit services.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in audit engagements and support the audit team throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Prepare for and attend meetings with client management, documenting outcomes and follow‑up actions.
• Assist in drafting audit reports, schedules, and other deliverables for clients.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with client personnel and internal stakeholders.
• Identify potential business opportunities for EY and contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Anticipate and assess audit risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Ensure work delivered to clients meets EY’s quality standards and is reviewed by the next‑level reviewer.

Required profile

• Strong academic record with a university degree and a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in audit, accounting, or finance.
• Ideally, a track record with a leading audit firm.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
