About the role
The Banquet Commis (Level 2) joins the Food & Beverage Culinary team at The Ritz‑Carlton Doha, supporting banquet operations and ensuring high‑quality food preparation for events. The Ritz‑Carlton Doha is a 5‑star resort located on the Arabian Gulf, featuring 374 rooms, award‑winning restaurants, a world‑class spa, and extensive event facilities. Working in this setting provides exposure to high‑end service standards and a diverse range of events, from intimate gatherings to large weddings.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- At least 12 months of experience in a culinary or food‑preparation environment.
