Banquet Driver

About the role

Hilton is seeking a reliable Banquet Driver to transport banquet and catering items safely between Hilton properties and event venues. You will play a key part in ensuring that guests receive a seamless hospitality experience by delivering equipment on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Transport banquet and catering items safely and efficiently between Hilton properties and event venues.
• Load and unload food, beverages, tables, chairs, linens, and other banquet equipment.
• Ensure all deliveries are accurate, timely, and meet Hilton quality standards.
• Assist banquet team members with event setup, breakdown, and equipment retrieval.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and storage areas.
• Follow Hilton policies, food safety standards, and local transportation regulations.
• Provide professional and courteous service to guests, clients, and team members.
• Support inventory control by reporting damaged, missing, or low‑stock items.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, banquet operations, or delivery services preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) or more.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
