About the role

As a Bar Supervisor at Rosewood Doha, you will lead a team of associates to deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest experiences within our luxury hotel and residential environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all associates consistently deliver the brand promise and exceptional guest service.
• Observe public areas, interact with guests, and coach associates on service skills.
• Resolve guest and associate complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests and fellow associates across divisions.
• Oversee day‑to‑day bar operations, ensuring standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead a team in a high‑end hospitality setting.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to handle complaints promptly.
