About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support the development, negotiation, evaluation, and monitoring of Joint Venture (JV) opportunities within the shipping and maritime sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, conducting financial and commercial analysis, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing management reports to aid strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Support the negotiation, structuring, and execution of JV agreements.
- Conduct financial modelling, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
- Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Required profile
- CFA or MBA (Finance) qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, corporate finance, and JV project development.
- Prior experience in the shipping and maritime industries is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
