Business Development Manager

About the role

Fioreva Group is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join its team in West Bay, Doha. The role is hands‑on and focused on expanding the company’s presence across Qatar by creating new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new B2B and B2C business opportunities.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, direct outreach, meetings and market research.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, decision‑makers, corporate clients, brands and potential partners.
• Develop partnerships and identify opportunities to expand Fioreva Group’s footprint in Qatar.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate Fioreva solutions.
• Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and pursue cross‑selling and account growth.
• Represent Fioreva Group at meetings, networking events, exhibitions and other business activities.
• Consistently work toward agreed business development and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience in Qatar.
• Strong understanding of the Qatari market, business culture and etiquette.
• Proven ability to independently generate and close new business.
• Excellent networking, relationship‑building and negotiation capabilities.
• Highly motivated, commercially minded and results‑oriented.
• Existing professional connections in Qatar are a strong advantage.
