Career Development Counselor

About the role

Qureos Inc is looking for an experienced Career Development Counselor to drive employee career growth, capability building, and professional development initiatives. You will partner with staff to create personalized development plans and deliver impactful workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Provide career counselling and professional‑development guidance to employees.
• Support the creation and execution of individual career and development plans.
• Conduct employee assessments, identify development needs, and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Maintain and enhance career‑path and competency‑development frameworks.
• Design and deliver career‑development workshops and awareness sessions.
• Offer coaching and guidance to support employee progression.
• Lead development initiatives focused on national/Qatari employees.
• Analyse career‑development data, prepare reports, and present recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Post‑graduate qualification in Business or HR is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant L&D or career‑development experience.
• Strong background in career counselling, coaching, and facilitation.
• Experience with career frameworks, assessments, and employee‑development programs.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability is a plus.
