About the role
Organise, administer and update the company’s master data on organisational structure, cost centre assignments, positions and contractor information using SAP Organizational Management. The role supports workforce planning, reporting and budget coordination for QatarEnergy LNG in Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the organisation structure, position assignments and contractor database in SAP and organisational charts, ensuring data accuracy against source documents.
- Analyse and administer new and revised department charts, position and title changes, and prepare workforce reports and statistical data for senior management.
- Collect and collate workforce data for the annual corporate planning benchmark, and support the workforce budget and forecasting process.
- Process employee movement requests, review personnel action forms, and ensure alignment with establishment and budget.
- Assist with contractor work orders, secondee administration, and liaison with IT and JV partners for system access and documentation.
- Act as focal point for resolving organisational chart and planning issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Administration.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in personnel and workforce control, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with SAP organisational database and statistical applications.
Required skills
- SAP Organizational Management module.
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical and data‑processing abilities.
- Very good written and spoken English.
