About the role
The Catering Site Manager will lead the delivery of high‑quality food services in Qatar, ensuring client satisfaction, strict HSE compliance and alignment with company objectives. This role combines operational oversight, staff management and cost control to maintain service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee client service satisfaction and adherence to HSE standards through company SOPs.
- Plan, train and allocate staff effectively while managing administrative and cost aspects.
- Ensure proper service delivery and strict compliance with contractual terms.
- Monitor and respect assigned cost and sales targets.
- Prepare and submit all required reports on time.
Required profile
- Based in Qatar with a transferable work visa.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in catering operations and team management.
- Strong knowledge of HSE/HACCP principles and catering business procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure, take initiative and demonstrate authoritative leadership.
