Central Kitchen Facility Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Central Kitchen Facility Operations Manager to lead our large‑scale food production and catering operations in Qatar. The role requires strong operational expertise, a focus on food safety, and the ability to coordinate logistics across multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the central kitchen facility.
• Ensure smooth production planning, maintain food quality, and manage timely dispatch.
• Manage warehouse inventory, receiving, issuing, and logistics movement.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations and other departments for operational requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost‑control initiatives.
• Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards across the facility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in professional kitchens and food production environments.
• Strong background managing large‑scale production kitchens and catering operations.
• Experience overseeing a central kitchen or food production facility.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and compliance standards.
• Hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and issuing/receiving procedures.
• Understanding of logistics coordination and supply‑chain flow between production and outlets.
• Ability to manage manpower planning, production scheduling, and operational efficiency.
• Experience with procurement coordination, stock management, and wastage control.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
