Centre Manager

About the role

The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the centre, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, profitability and alignment with organisational goals. This role leads a team, drives performance, and supports cross‑departmental initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day centre activities to achieve quality, service and profit targets.
• Ensure the team understands how centre performance impacts overall business outcomes.
• Meet individual and team targets while maintaining smooth operations.
• Contribute to training, development and performance management of staff.
• Assist the Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for centre growth and progress.
• Provide support to other departments on related issues.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, target setting, appraisal and coaching of team members.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports as agreed.
• Delegate authority, supervise activities and set a strong example of work ethics.

Required profile

• University degree (BSc, MSc, BBA, MBA, MCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Manager, preferably in an academic or admissions environment.
• Strong understanding of admissions processes and academic operations.
