Change Management Expert

About the role

The Change Management Expert will lead the planning and execution of change initiatives supporting digital transformation and digital office projects in Qatar. This role focuses on aligning people, processes, and technology to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for digital transformation programs.
• Design communication plans that convey the benefits and impacts of change to all stakeholders.
• Facilitate training, workshops, and readiness assessments to prepare teams for new digital tools and processes.
• Monitor adoption metrics, identify resistance, and apply corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, IT, and business leaders to integrate change activities into overall project timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, preferably within digital transformation or digital office environments.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale change initiatives in a multinational or regional context.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
