Civil Site Engineer

About the role

The Civil Site Engineer will lead on‑site civil construction activities, ensuring that all work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excavation, concrete, rebar, and shuttering packages while managing resources and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction packages such as excavation, rebar, shuttering, and concrete works.
• Prepare method statements and construction specifications for civil activities.
• Estimate quantities for procurement and control material grades.
• Develop and monitor daily work plans, schedules, and project costs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, environmental impact analyses, and engineering document preparation.
• Inspect site progress, verify calculations, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Train and guide operators, enforce project policies, and maintain project databases.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, including concrete, structural steel, and roofing in live‑working plant environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality, health, and safety standards.
• Proven leadership and team‑player abilities.
