Cloud Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Security Engineer/Analyst to join our Cybersecurity Practice. You will work closely with cloud, infrastructure and security teams to design, implement and maintain security controls that protect client cloud environments across public, private and hybrid platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assess cloud architectures and deployments to identify security risks and recommend remediation.
• Define and maintain cloud security governance frameworks, policies, standards and baselines.
• Implement and support security monitoring solutions to detect misconfigurations, vulnerabilities and threats.
• Review and support identity and access management controls, including role‑based access and least‑privilege principles.
• Ensure continuous compliance with organizational policies, industry standards and Qatari regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cloud architects, DevOps and application teams to embed security controls throughout the cloud lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in cloud security design and assessment.
• Ability to translate security requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience working in multi‑cloud (public, private, hybrid) environments.
• Familiarity with security governance, compliance and risk management processes.
