CNC Laser Machine Operator

About the role

Speedline Media and Advertising Qatar is seeking a full‑time remote CNC Laser Machine Operator. You will be responsible for setting up, programming and operating CNC laser equipment to produce signage, branding materials and other printed components according to client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings, CAD files and work orders to prepare material for production.
• Set up, program and operate CNC laser machines for signage and printing projects.
• Monitor machine performance, conduct routine maintenance and ensure safe operation.
• Inspect finished products for quality, perform measurements and adhere to technical specifications.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to meet project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and follow company safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience in operating CNC laser systems and handling related machinery.
• Background in machining and milling processes for signage or printing components.
• Proficiency in quality control, measurement and inspection techniques.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files and work orders.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Understanding of manufacturing safety standards.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification preferred; prior experience in printing, signage or fabrication is an advantage.
