About the role
The Commis Chef joins the kitchen team at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, supporting the creation of high‑quality dishes while upholding strict health and safety standards. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop culinary skills in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain personal hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Assist in preparing, presenting, and preserving food according to quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff, receiving and acting on constructive feedback.
- Handle multiple orders simultaneously while staying calm under pressure.
- Perform basic food preparation and organization tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Strong passion for teamwork and excellent guest service.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
- Understanding of hygiene and safety procedures.
